Cancellations Policy

 -Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without any charges. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be accepted as we begin processing the order.
 

 -Made-to-Order and Customized Products: Orders for custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production begins. We will notify you when production starts.
 

 - Refund Process: Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
